Wow - if they've got that right, that's sad. Believe me, treatment is hard enough on your system as it is - the fatigue alone is devestating. Smoking is just going to make things worse.

From what i've read Pancreatic (sp?) cancer, which is the form of cancer Swayze has, is pretty much a death sentence.

Wierd thing is Jeff Healy died a few weeks ago. So if Swayze can't beat this thing that will be 2 guys from Roadhouse in the same year. Also I am sure the guy who played Red can't be doing to well. Dude was like 80 when they filmed the movie.

"Red" is currently 72, so he was 53 when the movie was made.

He has pancreatic cancer. It doesn't matter if he smokes or not, he will be dead in a year more likely than not.
