    CyBookie - The untold losses

How many times have you gone all in and lost every credit to your name? Are you the conservative cybettor only going in for 1/2 ur credits?

Me.....I'm a cydebtor. Always losing it on the sure bet (see patriots super bowl game)

I go the route of never betting more than 5% of my credits even on "sure bets". Slow and steady.
I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everyone.

Re: CyBookie - The untold losses

I never go all in, and hardly ever bet big. That's how I got to where I am. 100k is the most I'll wager, and I only do that if I'm really confident. Mostly though, I bet 5k-12.5k. It seems to be working. Never go all in. That's the lesson I have learned from other people on cf.

luckily, it isn't possible to pay others cycredits - or I think a lot of fortunes would be made by "eating crow" on this board

shall we say 5% of the winnings?

I hardly win when I only bet say 5000 credits. I'm never going to go all in unless I lose everything betting small.

I am a Cyclone Fan. I bet with my heart, not my brain. I have gone all in on the Clones so many times it hurts to think about it. Do you wonder why I only have 734 credits?

I've got 1,000,000 on Wisconsin today, it's going to hurt if I lose his one.

There are a lot of people here who bet against the Cyclones saying that if they lose their credits, they are happy. If they win credits, at least they get something out of their team losing.

I can't bet against the cyclones. just doesn't seem right

Re: CyBookie - The untold losses

I don't bet on anything. I'm just busy posting, upping my cycredit total the old fashioned way.... I EARNED it!

BTW, not only did I get credits for posting this, I voted in the poll and rated the topic, as well!!!!

Can you get credits for rating a topic? That's an unmined gold reserve there! (aka, I didn't know that)

Re: CyBookie - The untold losses

I've never lost it all but I've had 0 in my account a few times after placing my bets. Yesterday was the lowest I've been since this thing started. I think I was down to 12K but I was able to win almost every bet yesterday, so I was able to build my bankroll a little bit. I just want to make sure I have some credits for the big dance.
