Jeremy has a drinking problem; i.e. soft drinks
I'll admit to the internet. I find myself unconsciously checking my email accounts throughout the day…as well as several blogs and sites (like CycloneFanatic). Like an obsessive-compulsive who needs to shut the front door 42 times before leaving the house, I will roll through the sites I have logged into my memory throughout the day, almost as a compulsive catharsis.
I'll also admit to an excercise addiction. Usually I'll satisfy this compulsion by running and blizzard conditions or worse won't detour me.

I actually did have a serious caffeine addiction my freshman year here at ISU. I was drinking about 8-10 cans of Mountain Dew a day without even thinking, and that doesn't count anything I bought while I was around on campus. It became an accessory to everything I did. I would watch TV...and drink MD. I would do homework...and drink MD. I would play computer games...and drink MD. I would walk to class, sit in class, play video games, listen to music, whatever...and drink MD. It was terrible.

Ditto that. Fortunately, with spring here and outdoor activities picking up, I will hopefully be spending time on those things, and less time propped up on the couch surfing the net...

Believe it or not it's working out for me. I'm a bit OCD about keeping in shape. I'm often working and will drop to the floor and do some situps, pushups, etc. It RUINS my day if I can't make it to the gym.
