    Did anyone feel the earthquake?

    Apparently, there was a 5.2-mag quake centered about six miles from West Salem, Ill., this morning. I live in Omaha, which is way too far away too feel anything, but I'm wondering if anyone else did. An article about it on the omaha.com site said that it could be felt as far away as Des Moines.

    Didn't feel it in Ames.... some people in Webster City stated they felt it, but i'm not buying it.
    Now that MBB is back, do we still have to pretend that WBB matters?

    My dad is a truck driver and was at a truck stop about 60 miles from the epicenter. He was sleeping soundly until something started shaking the hell out of his truck. He said he flew out of his bunk to see what was going on. There wasn't anyone there banging on his door and it wasn't windy. He didn't know what the hell was happening at the time.

    I happened to be up at the time. Our shower curtain swayed a bit. Also our deck was making noise. I had no idea what the heck was going on until I heard about the quake a couple of hours later.
