Office romances
Will anybody admit to having an office romance?
I know that companies have rules against them but they still happen.

I've got some funny stories about what happens behind the scenes.

Doesn't always work out. I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everyone. -

Yes. Did not work out well for me. Once the fling is over, very awkward.

Re: Office romances
I started work at this paper company and immediately had a crush on the secretary; however, she was engaged to a guy who worked in packaging. I eventually confessed my love to her, but she did not feel the same. So, I ended up transferring. It ended up that her fiance took a swing at me and was fired. She broke up with him and we actually ended up together. Last Thursday we actually got locked in The Office together.
In all seriousness, I was dating a girl who decided to join an organization on campus that I was in charge of. We ended up breaking up but were both involved in the organization and it was very awkward for a while.

If you are in an office relationship, you should disclose it to HR.
Even if its a one night stand?

Re: Office romances
I think allot of people here hit the nail on the head, it isn't the romance that is the problem, it is the break-up.
