We used to have a couple of managers who always insisted on taking visitng customers out for sushi during lunch. There were always those in the visiting party who resisted but, the managers were good at coaxing them into going. The ones who liked sushi were fine, and the ones who didn't like it ended up being PO'd for the rest of the visit because they ended up eating raw fish. Thank goodness those guys are gone...

Spoonful of peanut butter covered in M&Ms or chocolate chips- at least I'm the only one in my family that likes it.

2) crawdads
3) boudin (though people would probably like it if they've had it...)
could do a spinoff of stuff you've eaten that no one else has...
alligator, emu, snapping turtle, octopus... umm...

I had charred octopus in Tarpin Springs and I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Excellent stuff. Big kalamari fan as well.

At my elementary school we always had peanut butter sandwiches on chili day. Somehow I got in the habit of dipping the peanut butter sandwich in the chili at school, and it stuck. To this day I rarely have a bowl of chili without a peanut butter sandwich to dip in it. Except at Tip Top, I don't think they have peanut butter sandwiches, so I just substitute beer.
Is it a coincidence that my favorite poem in "Where the Sidewalk Ends" was the one about the king who loved peanut butter sandwiches?
Also, I've tried sushi and I hate it. But I don't really like any seafood.
