I haven't had a problem with DHL yet (knock on wood)
But Sprint is horrible! Last fall I went to get a new phone, and I spent about 3 hours in there 2 different days. Then, i found out that my records we messed up somehow, so i had to wait to get my new phone another week or so, finally, i went back to the store and ended up waiting probably only 1-1.5 hours, then the guy gave me the phone and told me to activate it myself, so i did that. And all I got out of the deal was a free car charger...

DHL "lost" my sister's Christmas present ( a dell laptop) within their Jacksonville facility. Dealing with both DHL and Dell was a major hassle.

They are owned by a German company Duetche Post, who's CEO is going to jail due to improprieties in the books.
Duetche Post is looking to sell DHL USA because they are losing all kinds of money from that business unit. So far no takers..
Service will continue to suffer because no resources are being thrown at it right now.
