Re: OT: Best 'twist' in a movie?
I'm surprised nobody has brought up '' Body Heat.'' Great twist at the end of that one. Great flick too !

That "Titanic 2" trailer on YouTube was awesome.
Anyway, "Sixth Sense" is definitely up there. So is another M. Night Shymyalan movie, "Unbreakable".
The first "Saw" floored me. In that same horror genre, "Frailty", a great movie few people saw, took me by surprise.

I don't know that I'd call the best twist ever, but did anyone see Rendition? I thought that had a pretty good ending.

the orphanage is a very, very good movie first of all, and second, it keeps you guessing the whole time with a very big twist at the end. i highly recommmend it.

Identity with John Cusack had a good twist.

I love the Usual Suspects and the ending.
My wife always figures out M. Night Shamalananallannan movies about 10 minutes in. It's unreal. We saw the Sixth Sense before the secret got out and she knew it right away.

Re: OT: Best 'twist' in a movie?
I'm going with a movie that no one's mentioned yet (and I'm kind of surprised by that)
"The Life of David Gale"
Now, I did pick out the twist, but it was one of the best twists to a movie that I've ever seen. That's definitely not the ending you would anticipate happening at the beginning of the movie.
