For every one of these we hear of, I wonder how many more there are out there that got suckered in by these leeches.

So is that plane still circling Des Moines if she didn't pay the landing fee?

She needs one of these stamped to her so she is reminded every time she sees it just how smart she is...

Maybe the offer is actually legitimate but the money is being sent via DHL airplane.

Maybe it's still on the treadmill trying to take off.

Re: Duh

If the woman was smart she would have not paid the extra and waited for the plane to crash and go dig through the wreckage for her fat cash.

Question for the day: Can I still make season tickets work for FB and MBB if I move to Canada?

DHL will either "lose" the money in one of their facilities or just leave it on the person's doorstep thus allowing someone to steal it...

Sadly the article says she lives in the 2900 block of Dubuque Ave which would put her living on my street, I hope her retardedness doesn't contaminate my drinking water and make me retarded.

Just be glad she was not your mom. A coworker who had a wacky wife watched her lose $30k on the Canadian Lottery scam a few years back. They kept taking her to the next roiund when she wrote them another check.

EIU is the other Okoboji University for serious students and home of Captain Kirk who pilots the Enterprise on its Trek through the Universe for finding his next great job. Captain, beware of your Superbowl.

I am surprised that people who get scammed like this are not already part of some whack-job, Marshall Applewhite-type cult.
