Assuming that kryptonite is the only way to stand a chance against Superman, who actually has a chance of getting a hold of some? The answer is, of course, Batman. Bruce Wayne is filthy rich and has the connections to get kryptonite easily. The only question is if he could buy himself enough time to hide from Superman until he could get some.

Then again, once Superman realizes Batman has gotten some kryptonite, he only has to fly around the earth to make time go backwards back to when Bruce Wayne was born, and kill the poor baby.

Where is Magneto in this discussion? Magneto is one bad dude. Controlling the earth's magnetic force is a pretty useful power to have.

Not to go all comic book geek on you guys but...Superman would beat this entire team by himself. He's too fast, they wouldn't be able to touch him.

Their only chance would be for Iron Man to unleash some kind of sonic attack that would overload his super-hearing and temporarily incapacitate him. At that point Hulk could probably knock his lights out.

Superman is a tool. There, I said it.

Yes, Sub-Zero is cheap. As the series has progressed I think the developers have tried to make him less cheap. Sub-Zero can easily be beaten if you know how to use the other characters. Of course it depends on which game you're talking about specifically, but Sub-Zero has always been one of my favorites. And Liu Kang sucks, I'm glad they killed him off.
