Every once in a while we have brinner on a weekend night. Tonight was just one of those nights and my wife made omellettes and I must say, we had some good meals this week because I threw a bunch of leftovers in mine and it was great.
Inside:
Cheddar
Chopped Onion
Ribeye chunks
Brocolli
Salsa
Parsley
and a little Red Devil for a kick
Anyone else have a favorite omellette filling?
Last Friday was Belgian waffles. I put chocolate and peanut butter chips in mine. YUM!
