It never ceases to amaze me that there are TV producers and execs out there who get paid millions of dollars to spew out this crap.

Private Practice is back for another season as a spinoff.

So glad FNL is back. That is one of the best shows on TV. Of course, they should all be graduating soon, so they are going to have to come up with new characters, unless they follow them in college.

Im predicting it only lasts half the season. Its really not that great of a show. I like the actors in it, but there really isnt any underlying plot.

I can't believe they are letting Jimmy Fallon take over for Conan. I honestly thought it was a joke when I heard it on the radio this morning. I'll be watching the tonight show instead of late night now anyway, but it's disappointing to see they picked him. He very well might be my least favorite SNL actor of all time, and without a doubt is the worst at staying in character. |

It can be funny if one of the actors on SNL starts snickering sometimes, but Fallon and Horatio Sanz did it all the time and it got really old.

Boston Legal is a spinoff of The Practice (not that I've ever seen Boston Legal nor did I really watch The Practice religiously)...
And what about all of Saved By The Bell and Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers spinoffs? |

And yet I still had my picture taken with Horatio Sanz when he was drinking in Lumpy's one night. He wasn't that funny then either.

Well, there is quite a bit of difference between SNL and a late night talk show. NBC picked Conan, and he turned out pretty well. Perhaps the same insights that led NBC to pick Conan led them to pick Fallon...

Maybe Fallon will be better as a talk show host, but from what I've seen of him as an interviewee on late night shows...I still don't like him. But then nobody liked Conan when he first started either, so who knows?
