Really? Our doctor has advocated them, and we have friends that love them. What are you hearing?

I lost the 3rd kid fight. Wasn't happy to do it again but glad we did...now that it's over. Now, the weapon is no longer loaded so I can fire at will.

re: Does spring time bring around the motherly instinct?

I wanted a boy, we had one first shot, we're both pretty much set with the one we got. Won't make anything "official" quite yet, but I'd say we're set where we are.

My sister had a baby a couple days ago. And even with all that commotion, with a cute newborn and everything, my wife said she's happy with the one we have.

My thinking is, we've done the 0-1 year thing, it was cool, lots of firsts. But now it's like been there, done that, I'm ready to start the next step.

And I, Bruno, will dive 1,000 feet into a block of cement. On my head, yet!

They "fall out" or get displaced...causing severe pain. Infections that are very threatening. Etc.

It's not the norm, yet these things are certainly not uncommon. Every person is different and therefore reacts to them differently. I'd listen to your doctor than me - some random guy on a sports site.

Just do your own homework on them. We don't have any direct experience with them, but from the people that we know and research we've done on 'em - we don't plan to have any first-hand contact with them.

I became a Sunkist Orange (all juice, no seed) at 28, after the birth of child number 3 (2 boys, 1 girl)....Always wanted to have 4 total, thought every boy should have brother and every girl a sister....

Anyway, The Ms. is the one that did not want to do the birth thing again, and I could never blame her, it looks painful.....

Good news tho even at 51 and neutered, You still get a least 1 chubby every spring......

All of my friends tell me that they start wanting another baby because that is their favorite stage, all cuddle and together time. While their older children are starting to do more on their own.

Personally, anytime I work with kids I think about it. But then I realize that right now isn't the time.

Its a blast. I feel like 2 is the perfect number for me. They get even attention and keep each other company when I cant always play.
I think a lot of guys feel this way. Once they have a couple of kids and the littlest one hits 2+, its hard to start thinking about another baby because most guys aren't fans of the "baby" stage. The "kid" stage where they can carry on a conversation and actively play more is what guys really like, not poop.

No offense, but I would never get "fixed". I'd rather pay for the necesary materials.

Gene Chizik: "Pwning noobs."

That may be an accurate generality, but I loved the baby stage, poop and all.

Yeah thats where I am right now. She doesnt like to use them and I am willing to in order to prevent.

Harriet Michaels: Do you actually like haggis?
Charlie Mackenzie: No, I think it's repellent in every way. In fact, I think most Scottish cuisine is based on a dare.

AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH the baby questions. It starts for everyone at this time. I had 2 people ask me last week about me having a baby.

As for IUDs they have come a long way. I don't know if you have talked to anyone who has had one recently, but I have heard good things lately.

My avatar is a pic I took from my phone camera at the spring game. Gotta love Cy on a bike.

Its kind of the cabin fever thing, I think. Aren't most kids born in the fall heading into winter?
