need a recommendation for a substantial home remodeling/addition project in the greater dsm area. we'll be adding a walkout basement, new master bedroom and kitchen. i want someone who can follow an architect's drawings and won't rape me on the cost. any referrals greatly appreciated. thanks!

The builder who built our house does remodel projects. Let me know if you'd like the information.
