OK, that's really not true but it is hilarious to hear Ramsey rip those guys/gals.
I laugh when he praises them for doing a good job, and then tells them to **** off and go back to work!

I'm not ashamed I watch the show. It might be reality, but it's funny.

My favorite to win HK is Christine.

I watch Top Chef every week. While its a reality show, its not the BS-type drama in Real World or Survivor, its just cooking.

I'm a guy and I'm not scared to say that I watch a lot of Food Network.

Did you see how much he was gloating when Ramsey complimented him last week. It was like he won an oscar! Just wow!

Oh, I saw. That'll come back to bite him. And hopefully when it does, he finally cries.

In past seasons, there was always one or two chefs that I really liked. This season, most of 'em are whiny, annoying and generally not nearly as good as some of the chefs that have been on the show in the past.

I don't like Hell's kitchen. It's too much of a gimmick to me with Ramsey just yelling at people. I really like Top Chef though.

To me Top Chef is more like who has the best individual cooking talent while HK it's who can be Ramsey's best sous chef. That and who can be the biggest pompous ***, just like Ramsey...

HK is fun to watch every once in awhile, but I prefer to watch Top Chef. That and Padma is more fun to look at than Ramsey...

I love Top Chef, but Padma annoys the living crap out of me. I wish it was just Tom and the guest judges.

Re: Top Chef vs Hells Kitchen

I watch both shows, but I like Top Chef more. If you enjoy just seeing good chefs cooking great stuff, then Top Chef is the one. Hells Kitchen is okay but it's too over the top. The contests are like the bottom of the barrel chefs it seems. I also hate how dramatic they make everything seem in Hells Kitchen. I do like Ramsay though. I really like his Kitchen Nightmares show on the BBC.

Ramsey's BBC shows are so much better.

F-Word
Boiling Point
Kitchen Nightmare (my favorite)

I think he's much more himself in these shows. In Hell's Kitchen, he has become Americanized.
