You forgot to mention the Rose Garden, the Omaha Royals, the annual Barnum and Bailey trek in Jun, the three casinos, the new ballpark, the downtown $400k condos, the most restaurants per capita, and the Union Pacific train engine park. Hey, they just started filming another movie downtown.

Actually, the best part is West Omaha wahich has been built up in the last twenty years...even have some horse estates.

EIU is the other Okoboji University for serious students and home of Captain Kirk who pilots the Enterprise on its Trek through the Universe for finding his next great job. Captain, beware of your Superbowl.
