Are you sure this isn't set up to play with your mind? I was doing all I could to try to get it to go counter-clockwise, and it wouldn't. Then, I looked again, and it was spinning counter-clockwise, and now I can't get it back. Has anyone looked at this at the same time with someone else next to them, and they both see different things?

Actually, the image doesn't spin at all - it's just an image that reflects/morphs back and forth. It's just your mind that takes the information your eyes are seeing and "makes" it rotate.
And as far as which way my world spins, well, that depends on which side of the equator I'm standing...

counter-clockwise then it switched on me and went clockwise and i couldnt change it back

If you look at her thumbs i'm 99.9% she's actually turning clockwise (she's facing you then her leg turns to her right (your left). And for that reason... I can't get her to turn counterclockwise...

I closed my eyes... turned my head sideways... pictured a women spinning the other way... then opened just my right eye... and there she was spinning the other direction... thumbs looked completely normal. It's easy to switch back to clockwise for me though.
