Battle Star Galactica

I just finally caught up to the most recent episode of Battlestar Galactica and was curious if there are any watchers of it out there. I think this is one of the best shows on television, despite it being Sci-Fi. This weeks episode was unbelievable and does anyone know how many episodes are left in the series?

Yea I dig this show. I still cannot decide who is the final cylon. All I know is I hope Baltar buys it before the deal ends -- that cat has more than 9 lives plus he really scores with the hot chicks way more than he should!

I think its a great show, but Im so out of it now I have no idea whats going on. I just watch them here and there. I will not miss a Eureka though! SciFi is a super channel. Who else falls for the terrible made for tv movies they have on there sometimes. I think they are so dumb, yet keep me watching. Mansquito was one of the best. =)

Charlie Mackenzie: No, I think it's repellent in every way. In fact, I think most Scottish cuisine is based on a dare.

I started watching it last summer for the first time. Just got caught up on all the episodes. This season was really kind of lame until the most recent episode. I have no idea what's going on right now it's so messed up.

And I think the final 1 will not be baltar but somebody we never would expect. Like Odama's son.

mhhh never watched it, but I was recently introduced to Doctor Who (damn you David...) and have been watching the new series pretty ferociously online... I'm halfway through season 3, though I've already seen Utopia, Sound of the Drums and Last of the Time Lords as well.

I've only been watching for 2 weeks or so but it's already getting engrained in me... and I'm also already sick of seeing the Daleks escape complete destruction though I do like watching the Doctor taunt them

Oh we will fight, fight, fight for Iowa State, and may her colors ever fly!

I used to watch the original when I was in Elementary. And don't forget Buck Rodgers...

This is the last season airing right now. The last one they have in the can will air in two weeks and the second half of the season will start filming sometime this summer, so it should be on Sci Fi late '08/early '09. They do have a prequel series in the works called Caprica. I believe the story will be set during the first Cylon war.

But some more interesting news on the BSG front check this blog post by Maureen Ryan, the TV critic for the Chicago Tribune:

BSG is a great show. It's actually the one show that I set aside 1 hour to watch every week. It's appointment television.

The final one can't be to obvious, but it has to be a main player. It can't be someone in the background.

So by the Avatar its probably a pretty good guess that you were glued to the TV for Tin Man!

The SciFi channel is great, however they've lost direction since they have a new management of owner (NBC?). Wrestling doesn't belong on the SciFi channel.

Re: Battle Star Galactica

I still think they are going to throw us another loop and the four who think they are cylons really aren't. Col. Tigh supposedly fought in the first Cylon war. If he is a cylon, how does that work? There are still some things that will come to light before the final cylon is revealed.

Yeah, what is with wrestling? Kick that stupid show off and put some quality programming in its time slot. And yes, I was glued to Tin Man =)
