One of my co-workers said last week (jokingly of course) he doesn't eat vegetables because he thinks its cruel to tear off a part of something that is still living. At least the animal is dead before you take a part of it to eat. Never thought of it that way but remember the thread we had awhile back on "plant rights."

If humans were not meant to eat cows, they would not have been made out of steaks!

On a completely unrelated note: One Halloween at the DL back in ... 2000-ish the Halloween costume contest was won by two girls clothed in nothing but renolds wrap and stickers readings "Grade A" in certain areas. Best costumes ever.

I'll be there as a special guest. My back is so hairy they have adorned me with a sign, "Would you eat this wooly beast?".

That's what she said.

You'd be ok as long as your stomach was padded with lettuce to soak up the alcohol .

Does this protest need a photographer?

Does your back hair trap bugs during the summer?

I've been known to find dead bugs in my leg hair. No itchy mosquito bites!

ISU Student - Iowa fan. Best of both worlds.

I love the end of this passage so much - the usage of words cracks me up!

"and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth."
