I work the old punching bag aka wife.

J/K... She's just my girlfriend.

For real J/K... Violence is bad and I do not condone domestic abuse... and don't do drugs.

That's a really good point.

Re: How do you cope with stress?

I cope with stress in a number of ways which include;
1.) Listening to Brahms' 2nd Symphony
2.) Watch any sitcom rerun that is on
3.) Wathc a movie, usually tends to be a feel good type
4.) If all else fails I just vent out whatever is bothering me with my friends and family.

Listen to music while I'm running. A physical basketball game usually works well for me also (no blood no foul style).

First off this is how basketball games should be played anyway. But for me I usually don't stress out about things because I see people who get stressed out a lot and it looks like their life sucks. Not something I want. So lets all have fun.

#1. Develop a plan as to the best way that I can deal with or improve whatever situation is stressing me.

#2. Follow the plan.

Once I have done the best that I can do with any given situation, it frees me to let it go.

Yeah, I find that lots of people at the rec like to call fouls for breathing hard on them. A reason I usually only liked to play ball with friends of mine.

ISU Kyro asks: "How do you get god to answer? I still haven't gotten that part to work yet."

Glad you asked. God works in mysterious ways. He is always watching. He has a plan. Just like Coach McD does. In the end, you will understand.

EIU is the other Okoboji University for serious students and home of Captain Kirk who pilots the Enterprise on its Trek through the Universe for finding his next great job. Captain, beware of your Superbowl.
