This is what we should do. Set up a 5 mile wide dead zone between Mexico and the good old U.S of A. Then have the US gov't set up all inclusive vaction destinations on the US side. What do you get for all inclusive you ask ... well you get all the beer/whiskey you can drink along with an endless supply of ammunition. I think you are all smart enough to figure out why they call it the "dead zone".
