Where do you even start with a story like that and where the heck was he storing the cell phone if he was naked. I've been drunk, but I don't think I could ever get that drunk.

Why can't they keep these rescues away from the media. In the event that I would ever find myself in a situation something like this, the last think I would want is for it to become a national news story.
