OT: New Coldplay CD leaked...

Not everyone likes Coldplay. Some loathe them.

Just an FYI that their CD that was supposed to drop on June 17 got leaked online and the band decided to go with the flow and you can download the whole album already on iTunes and it's already set to break all kinds of iTunes records.

I have it all downloaded and it's very good.

I'm still only seeing "pre-order" on iTunes. The only song I can preview is the title track "Viva La Vida" (which sounds awesome, by the way). Does the whole album download right away if you buy it? I'd rather be able to preview the songs first. I suppose I could do it the not-so-legal way...

Curious. iTunes still only has the one song available. You can pre-order, but not get the whole record yet.

Ahh yes. I actually did it an 'illegal' way. Not through a source like Limewire, but found some random blogger that offered it up for free so downloaded the cd on a zip folder and burned it onto discs that way.

The iTunes option is locked for a few countries...including the USA, but if you look, you can find it like I did through a Google search.

iTunes has viva la vida and violet hill. Both from the new cd

Try this link...this is where I downloaded the full album.

Strawberry Swing, by the way, is the one that jumps out at me the most off the bat. Great song.
