How do I get home?

So I work on the corner of Bell and Fleur, and live in Ankeny. This morning we went through downtown, took 9th up to Park, and backtracked to Bell down Fleur. Probably not going through downtown again...

Is the bypass open? We're talking about just going all the way down to 5 and going around up to 80. We were also talking about jumping on Park and going over to 14th and trying to get back on there. Is that closed? There is a lot of rumor going on around the office here and I was wondering if anybody knew anything.

rumor has it that the bypass closed down yesterday from 65/69 east.

The bypass is closed at University Ave to the north, and SE 14th to the south.

It is open between I-80 and university in P.hill and from SE14th to I-35.

That is correct. I live out by Carlisle and had to find an alternate route.

To be more clear... The bypass is closed between SE 14th street and University Ave in Pleasant Hill.

To be even clearer it is closed from Hwy 65/69 to University Ave.

I grew up around Vandalia Rd. just south of Pleasant Hill area and was curious how that's looking. Now I know.
