Roofing question
Does anyone have a ballpark, per square estimate for what it would cost to hire someone for a basic tear-off (no sheeting) and re-shingle? I have a 750 sq ft garage roof (standard pitch) that I need to re-shingle this summer. Problem is I'm running out of weekends to get it done.

Also, feel free to recommend an affordable contractor for the Ankeny area.

I don't know about the tear off, but I saw that Home Depot had a sign that 100 square feet was $100. Hope that helps.

I've heard that $100 a square (10'x10') as well.
