Also, a YMCA will be going into Grimes soon - I think it's for '09. Keep that in mind for the future, I assume they'll be running some really good deals when they open. It'll be on the south side of 70th, just about a block east of 141.

We were members of 7 Flags for about a year or so. Liked it a ton for a while. Then some of the trainers there really became jerks and the good ones left. It became an issue using some of the machines if a trainer wanted to use it - regardless of where that machine was.

Simply, there have been some management issues there for a bit - but generally it's a good fitness center. We just preferred to setup our home gym and quit paying someone else rent.
