There was an incomplete quote in the article: Topous said he planned to buy a house, send his children to college and have some fun with his winnings... The remaining portion is as follows:
do large amounts of cocaine and heroin, not meth like some commoner. Also, I will spend upwards of $10K a night at strip clubs and contract several diseases in the process. I will die penniless and anonymously in about 3-5 years.

Hmm seems fair for all of us who you know do the right things go to college and go in debt every penny of that should go to his victim imho. I wish I hadn't even read the article this guy doesn't even deserve the acknowledgement of life  | | | |
