I can't stand these guys, anybody with me!
They are so boring, and so pro Sox. I hate the White Sox, basically because of the announcers.

I could careless that they are biased. I understand that part. The part that kills me is how annoying they are. I've stoped watching because of them.

I love when Cub fans complain about how annoying they think Hawk is. Have they EVER listened to Ron Santo?!
Of course they're going to be biased, they're broadcasting for the Sox. Of course you're going to think they're annoying, they're not broadcasting for your team. Get over it...

Hawk has always been a big homer. It's more fun to listen to them when the Sox suck because he starts making excuses for why they suck. It's always bad calls or something then.

I love Ron but you are right, he is hard to listen to sometimes too. This is a pretty good read about the Chicago announers: Cubs' TV tandem calls the best game in town -- ChicagoSports.com Best quote in there and it's soooo true: If only Santo would describe what he sees while
watching a replay, rather than saying: "Let's look at it again. … Oh, yeah."

Has anyone ever watched a Dodgers game on their local station (I think it is Comcast)? They have one announcer, an old guy, who just does not stop talking. I watched a Dodgers-Cards game one weekend and it was the only channel that I could get for the game. The guy was already talking when the broadcast began and he talked straight through the first commercial break and didn't even stop. It went something like this:
"...great day today it's beautiful and the sun is shining and today the Dodgers will face the St. Louis Cardinals who are led by their superstar Albert Pujols who hits lots of home runs and it reminds me of that time when I was a youngster and went to the store to pick up some oranges, which we called lemons at the time, and anyway Albert Pujols is good at hitting and we'll be right back after these messages with the first pitch, which used to be called snarfblasters back in the day and anyway back to my story..."
