When I moved back from Seattle last October, I quickly realized that almost all of my friends had either moved away, or were married and had kids, so my weekend social life is not what it was in college. I don't regret moving back, it's good to be home and near ISU again. I also don't mind hanging out by myself, doing my own thing, watching tv, playing video games, and surfing the net one night per weekend, but I wish I had more social things to do as well...
The wife is out of town this weekend so that leaves me, a 4 year old boy, a two year old girl , and a 6 year old German Shorthair.
Last night I played video games while the kids terrorized the house. Today, well I am not sure what I am going to do for the next 13 hours until they go to bed. I am sure we will play outside at some point.
In the end, I will most likely sit on the computer while they entertain themselves. I will play referee when I have to (which is about every 10 mins), so that should keep me busy.
