Any other recipes worthy of noting for tailgaiting? Anyone have a killer B-Mary's recipe?
Bloody Mary recipe: Ice, Vodka to taste, pepper until you have a thin layer on the ice, a dash of Worchestershire sauce, Texas Redeye BM mix (Spicy), hot sauce to taste (you want Tobasco or the like so it is thin enough to mix into the drink. Top off with your preference of Olives, Dill Pickle, or Celery.
Some believe in Kicking @ss and taking names.
For now I will settle with Kicking @ss!! -

Re: Favorite tailgating drink
We use to do Blood Marys in the morning. Followed by beer of a lot of varieties. We use to sneak in botas of spiced rum into the games for rum and cokes during game. The only way we knew how to avoid hangovers by the end of the 3rd Quarter. Besides drinking that is.

Re: Favorite tailgating drink
Usually try to class it up with some Boone's Farm wine....for the ladies. The twist off top comes in handy when I forget my cork screw. The vino is lightly carbonated and that tickles the nose.
After finishing off a bottle or two of that I usually turn to some type of hard liquor in a plastic bottle. Olde Crow whiskey and Admiral Nelson Rum being two of my favorites.
There's always a healthy amount of Coors Light. The Silver Bullet never slows me down....and never gives me a hangover either.
For my home consumption it's all about Pabst Blue Ribbon and Lone Star Beer. Times are tough and those two beers have a lot of taste and value.

Coors original. Gold can, ice cold, hand delivered by the Bandit and the Snowman. Especially tasty after a WIN!! :)

Re: Favorite tailgating drink
It may sound weird, but Guinness at 7am is very good. Also, right before going into the game, we have a big toast with red bull and vodka.

I usually sneak a small bottle of Mood Ring aka Peach Schnops into the game?

I have some friends that go to EIU games and have a Hawk shot. Jaeger and Honey Jaeger. When put in a shot glass the colors remain seperate. Anyone have something similar with the Cardinal and Gold?

Re: Favorite tailgating drink
Beer and Fronzia wine (SLAP THE SACK!!!)

Re: Favorite tailgating drink
Miller Lite and Cardinal and Gold jello shots. Usually mix jello flavor with Schnapps flavor -- Raspberry is really good, as is pineapple. A few years ago I was feeling ambitious and made red/gold/blue layered jello shots. Used cherry/lemon/berry blue jello with those 3 flavors of UV vodka. Yum!

Well in the early am when our tailgate is close to the front it is all about the bailey's and coffee mixture with eggs for breakfast. After that beer beer beer and more beer usually the high life for me, but this year I am thinking throw in some bloody mary's with a jumbo shrimp to top it off.

Re: Favorite tailgating drink
Beer, screwdrivers, bloody marys, and i usually stick a few bottles of rum down my pants for some run and coke(or sprite) during the game. I love it during a game a few years ago we went with rum and hot chocolate and one of the security guys was taking a few sips while calling us geniuses. -
Re: Favorite tailgating drink
Beer for me. Prefer wheats (Leine' Honey Weiss) and unfiltered wheats (Boulevard), but I'll drink about anything as long as it doesn't have a "Miller" label on it...
