Or that "Zero-Tolerance" should be supported.
Here's one: I have "Zero Tolerance" for idiots who support "Zero Tolerance" in schools or anyplace else. You mean you want some liberal justices legislating from the bench to take authority away from school officials?

I would be willing to bet a significant amount of money that Thomas would have been in the minority on this issue.

Obviously the guy was an idiot to strip search her, but from reading it I understood that it was not OTC but rather prescription strength pain reliever that they had gotten previous reports from parents that other kids were distributing them to their children to basically "get high".

I actually never read the article, but from the posts I saw it was supposedly 800mg ibuprofen. Even drug-abusing junior high kids could figure out they just need to take 4 pills of the over-the-counter stuff. I've alse taken that much ibuprofen on a number of occasions - it doesn't do much if anything.

Re: Student strip searches
Glenn Beck was talking about this on his show this morning...
Is it true that the 'Conservatives' voted on the losing side of this because they thought it wasn't the courts job to decide this ?
This ruling meanas the 9th Circus court of appealis is now about 1 for 100 getting their rulings correct.
