I read something the other day that catnip is a natural mosquito repellent. We have a ton in our yard and very little mosquitos. Could be a coincidence.
I think there was a thread about this last year and everyone agreed that machines dont work. Lemme see if I can dig that up.
The Today show ran a segement on this a few weeks back. One thing they said was very helpful was to have a fan running in the area where you are gathering. The mosquitos don't fly very well with the air moving at that speed.
