This guy looks like a real winner! Man Arrested After 'Swimming' Over DM Dam - Des Moines News Story - KCCI Des Moines The man told police that going over the dam was "no big deal as long as you swim fast enough." Police arrested the man and changed him in connection with the case as well as with public intoxication.

Maybe those two cops leading him away should try swimming. He's in a lot better shape than they are.
