Obviously "33" is a football specialist, kg-clone is men's basketball specialist, mred is a women's basketball specialist, and -- as you so aptly noted -- alaskaguy is an off-topic specialist. I think Ripley's "Believe It or Not" has him on speed dial.

Re: The newest thing in homes
ha ha maybe we should make one of those "villages" of those things in one of the tailgate lots
The thing that gets me though is... these things are like 34,000 Euros, PLUS shipping and installation. And they are only designed to last for 5 years!
But atleast you can recycle them Oh we will fight, fight, fight for Iowa State, and may her colors ever fly!!! In Accordance with Prophecy -

I thought this was going to be about this stuff. http://www.resourcesforlife.com/small-house-society
I think living in a tiny (and well-built) house would be great, as long as I didn't have to worry about sharing the space with someone else like kids or a significant other. I'd love having everything right next to me, and cleaning the place would take about 15 minutes. Or maybe I'd go crazy with claustrophobia within a week.

Our house in Iowa, which we kind of fell into a good deal on, is only 1700 feet or so, and our family of four is kind of lost in it.
We tend to live out of one room in a house. I think we've probably moved around enough to not care what we live in at the time.
Thoreau's Cabin looks kind of large to me, sometime....
