I have had "Cupid's Shuffle" stuck in my head all day and can't get it out. I hate it when this happens. I have been listening to music hoping it would go away but to no prevail, it is still hanging around in the back of my mind.

Now I have muppets singing manamama and do doo dodo while doing the cupid shuffle. It is actually kinda funny to think about. Hopefully golfing this afternoon will get it out of my head.

I've never heard of that song before. So if it makes you feel better, by the time you hit about 30, you won't even be aware of what's popular anymore. Of course you'll be exposed to kids' songs that are about ten times worse, so it's a trade off.
My fail safe... when I get a song stuck in my head and can't get it out - I start singing "Mississippi Queen" by Mountain. Works every time. Except then I can't get that song out of my mind.
I was very happy to find it in Guitar Hero III. I've moved from air guitar to plastic guitar.
