Re: Good Deal: Panasonic 42" 720p Flat-Panel + Home Theater + Installation = $690
I must be doing something wrong b/c I add the TV for $990 and chose In Store pickup.
Then I Added the Home theatre setup which shows up as $0.
Then Chose a $199 GeekSquad installation and the TV went to $689, but added $200 for the Geeksquad install. So my total was $889 which still isn't too bad. How are you getting this for $689?
Make sure you don't call the charge. But make sure you call the foul on the scrum....

There is a $200 mail in rebate also.
Also when you choose in store pickup they threw in a $70 delivery charge with the install. There is no way to get it off of there online but when I went into best buy I was able to get that refunded.
I saw this earlier probably the same place the op saw it. And I jumped on it. I also sold the home theater system for $100 to a friend so mine was $590 plus tax.
On another note ( I was just getting ready to make a post about this too)
I want to get a wall mount for it. I know everyone recommends mono price but which one do people recommend from there?
I was thinking the rebate link was in the first post but there it is. I believe you have to buy it by tomorrow in order to get the rebate.
Also I will confirm that the phillips HT system is OOS on their web site, but some people have had luck when they picked in store pickup of getting it anyway if the local store has one.
