    Computer Help: Outlook

Trying to work on a coworker's computer has Outlook version for XP. I need to change the font size on incoming emails. I can do the zoom, but I need it to stay set. I have the inbox heading and preview message font enlarged, but can't get the actual default email font size changed.

    Thanks in advance

Try Tools>Options> Mail Format tab > click on Fonts.

    That might work.

You're pretty much at the mercy of the sender if it's coming from within another Exchagne environment. However, if it's coming in from the Internet, you might be able to change it with the Plain Text font. Just depends on whether or not SMTP retains the message/font format or not.

    Re: Computer Help: Outlook

Good thought but I think it only works when the sender actually uses stationary. Don't think it effects regular email...

    How about this?
View-->Current view-->Customize view-->automatic formatting (or whatever is the last item listed -- for user-defined views)-->Unread messages-> Fonts -->THEN choose your font, color, size, style
