People forgive youthful exuberance but once your in a leadership position your supposed to straighten up, set an example, and lead, when you don't people ream you for it aka "I did not have sexual relations with that woman".

Long story short, I dated one of my professor's sister, we all went out a few times, got liquored up, had fun, but in class it was all business. Just like everything else, people are making a mountain out of a mole hill. I've had plenty of beers with my pop, just not on a boat with hot chicks. Now that's living!

He's doing a little more than having a drink with the kids, he's pouring a fair amount down a young woman's (legal age?) throat. Drinking responsibly is okay, getting kids drunk is not acceptable youth leadership

If this was going on during time he should be on the clock at work I'd be with you. But the fact that he likes to cut loose and have a good time on his down time - well that to me shows he's not some pompous ***. I see nothing wrong with the picture and see no reason why he should go
