Help from Angie and mom's out there!!
So here's the deal...my sister is having a baby shower this weekend and I was asked by her best friend who is organizing the event to help her out. Since she wants me and my brother to get involved with this baby shower she wants us to come up with some baby/mommy games that will get everyone involved. I need some ideas from some mom's or grandma's or anyone of previous things they have done and what not.
btw, the baby is going to be a girl.
One thing I have thought about was buying a bunch of baby food and taking off the labels and seeing if people can guess the type of food in the can.
Another thing was have everyone bring a baby picture of themselves and a picture of their mom and see if the attendees can decipher moms with their baby's photos.
I got the last 2 from doing some searching but I know you guys/gals can up with something good!
Thanks in advance!

I hope for your sake "this weekend" doesn't mean Saturday...

The most common one I've seen is what's in your purse/wallet and you get points for each item you have on the list. (playing off of the idea that everything is in the purse)

There's a game that you can make it men vs women. or mixed teams. You need at least two plastic dolls, many diapers (cloth or disposable), pudding (or another squishy food), and items to clean off the dolls.
The goal is to see which team can best change the diaper..... or I suppose you could see who could 'bathe' the doll the best... or who is faster.

I've seen jepordy with facts about the couple and common baby questions.
One group made a crossword puzzle (you could sneak sports into this one) -

You shouldn't need more than two games. The prizes usually are baby related....maybe a souvinor from Saturdays game.

Sorry it took me a bit to respond!!
Here are some I've played at friends' showers:
"Make a Baby." We each got small pieces of two different colors of Play-Doh and were told to make a baby. When the time was up, we all had to put our babies on a platter, and the expecting couple came back in the room to pick their favorite baby.
Diaper relay - you have a station. Each team has a doll with a diaper on it. You rush to a table, pull the diaper off, use a wipe, powder, and diaper again, and then take it to the next person in line. This has to be done some number of times - once for each player or whatever.
Stroller obstacle course - pretty self-evident.
Name Game - give a team a letter of the alphabet, and they have to come up with as many baby names for that letter as they can.
Here are two I found online: Don't break the water!- This is an outdoor game that would work great for a coed party! Start with an aluminum bucket full of water balloons. Guests need to hold the water balloon between their legs and run from one point to another without breaking their water. Pregnant Twister- Play twister. Everyone who is not pregnant must wear a pillow with a fanny pack that has weights in them. The pregnant people do not need to put anything else on. Everyone will have a whole new respect for what the pregnant people go through!

Re: Help from Angie and mom's out there!!
Here are some fun ones we've had with our 3.
Guess the poop: take some diapers and 'smear' different food on each one, like a melted snickers or baby food or mountain dew and make people guess.
Have people put paper on their head and try to draw a picture of what they think the baby will look like, while the paper is on their head and without looking.
Have a beer chugging contest for the dads but they have to use baby bottles and nipples.
Give a gag gift to the new mom, like: Ginormous hospital pads, the sexy stretchy net hospital panties, some tucks pads, etc.
