NCIS is a great show, so is Always Sunny, and I love the show Chuck. I was a huge Home Improvement fan, but the best has got to be NCIS

Arrested Development! I can watch all the episodes again and again and again (and have...) and it never gets old. Shame it was canceled so prematurely...
