I know the song, I just didn't know what show reintroduced it to the populace last night.

This wasn't a slam at your lack of knowledge...it was in the show a bunch of times. Peter kept saying, "What, you haven't heard?" and that would trigger another playing of the song/dance.

I was doing so good of not having that song in my head until I opened this up.

While I love how Family Guy goes back to the same thing multiple times in episodes, last night was wayyyyyy too much.

I thought it was good until the Office Space scene was over, then it went downhill pretty quickly. Really was hoping for another epic Peter vs. the Bird fight to get Peter to quit singing the song.

That was great. One of the first things I said in school today was "Haven't you heard?" and I had a few students (5th graders) reply with "The bird is the word." Great start to a Monday.

Anyone else recall the episode where peter is mid conversation with something serious with Lois and a giant chicken comes in and starts fighting with peter. They fight for about 5 minutes straight. Then they make up and decide to have dinner with each other and then start fighting about the bill. After all that, a bloodied and beaten peter returns to his kitchen and says to lois "so as I was saying..." and tries to pick up the conversation where he left off. Classic.
