A friend of mine needs the outside of her house painted. Can anyone recommend a good painter/company?
Also...any idea what is a reasonable cost per sq/ft? 1 story 1950 house. Some paint peeling. Minor wood repair in a few places.

Wes Clark of Clark Painting. Not sure if they do exterior for sure. A good company
I guess it depends if you just want the outside painted one solid color, or a beautiful Alaskan landscape……..Quote:

I had my old house done by Certa Pro. Not exactly Johnny on the spot schedule-wise, but they did a pretty good job, and it was fairly cheap.
If the house was built in 1950 it likely has lead based paint on it. If it is chipping off. Then it will cost a pretty penny to prep it to get a new coat of paint.Quote:
