Noooooo!

I needed to rant today. I bought season 2 of Arrested Development on Sunday and it was to be delivered to me today in time for Thanksgiving. I went through school today giddy like a school girl to get home and pop in some good Tobias joining the Blue Man Group episodes for watching. However, I get home to no new AD and a note from UPS. They were at my place TEN MINUTES before I got home today. The earliest that I can pick it up from the UPS store is on Monday, which is why I am so disappointed now (it has to move across town in DSM and they won't get the notice until Monday morning apparently). That just pooped on my parade this afternoon.

On the bright side, at least I have something to look forward to once school starts again on Monday.

UPS leaves stuff on my porch all the time. Why did they make you pick it up?

I've had a note on my door when I got home, called them, and was able to pick it up later that night. Unless, of course, they are closing early due to the holiday.

I was told they were closing early, and it had to be trucked across town so I could pick it up. Not sure why, but that's what they told me.

The seller marked the box that says I have to sign it "in person" instead of letting me sign the sheet they gave me...
