I love Christmas music...
My faves:
The classic Andy Williams Green album Amazon.com: Merry Christmas: Andy Williams: Music
The classic Andy Williams Red album Amazon.com: The Andy Williams Christmas Album: Andy Williams: Music
I love these because they are big...full vocal and orchestra backup, plus Andy has a great voice...
Brian Setzer Orchestra Christmas Extravaganza Amazon.com: Brian Setzer - Christmas Extravaganza: Brian Setzer, Beth Curry, Bernie Dresel, Robbie Hioki, Julie Reiten, Pierre Lamoureux, Lisa Hendricks: Music
Honorable mention to Bing and White Christmas...
And others too numerous to mention...
I watch the BSO DVD at least once a summer...

Working in retail through high school and college, I now despise Christmas music. I can understand a week or 2 before Christmas, but when radio stations start switching playlists in mid-October? That is a bit ridiculous to me. I have had to change all my pre-sets in my car.

I can relate to this. Also, my wife is always starts listening to Christmas music on the radio starting around November 1st. It seems that the radio stations only play about 10 different songs over and over and over and over again. How many times can they play Bruce Springsteen's "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" anyway?
So to do it right, you have to make your own playlist of Christmas tunes. A little Brian Setzer, Reverend Horton Heat, Crash Test Dummies and Twisted Sister added to a bunch of the old standards is a recipe for a good time. Enjoyed with a bottle of suds from a Sam Adams Seasonal variey pack and you're well on your way to a Merry Christmas indeed.
