I picked up some frozen tilapia at the store today.

I used to enjoy Tilapia until a guy told me over lunch this summer (yes, I was eating Tilapia) that their main source of food is other fish's feces.

Not true. But the main bottom feeders are catfish and bullhead.

Lake Trout?

Yup, lake trout. We've caught a few rainbows, but it doesn't seem like any of the lakes up there have rainbow anymore. At least not enough to make an effort for.
