I generally don't make New Year's resolutions because they provide a good excuse to put off starting something until the first of the year. I tend to try to act on my ideas right away. With that said, I have decided to start my working out again after a bit of a lapse. -

I live walking distance from 6 excellent restraunts (Flying Mango, Christophers, Michaels, AK's, Chef's Kitchen, B&B) and not too far from two really good local fast food places (Tasty Taco's and George the Chili King) so I think I will be ok. The tough one to avoid will be Old Chicago...

Back when I lived in Iowa and was in school I had an internship at the Wallace Building in Des Moines (down by the capital). I ate there at least once or twice a week. I think Tasty Taco is solely responsible for clogging a few arteries in my body. That place is awesome!
