That is pretty cool! I didn't think Pat was all that bad today....even so, I would give him a break because he was a hall of fame announcer in my book for so many years. Growing up it wasn't a good Sunday afternoon if I didn't get to hear Pat's voice.

Did Pat really say they weren't expecting a high scoring game? Or did I hear that wrong?

I was just ******** to my wife about how HORRIBLE Summarall is.
Is he even at the game?
He may have been a decent announcer, but today was just brutal.

He also made a comment about this being the first Cotton Bowl where both teams scored more than 20 points.
I'm thinking he meant "20 points by each team in the first half" but failed to mention that detail.

It's too bad because the Cotton Bowl is one of my favorite bowls. Pat has a great voice, but he just doesn't have it anymore. There is a reason he only does one game per year now. Unfortunately, it is one game too many.

Fox only does 5 college football games all year, and they are the biggest games of the year. Stupid.
They pay for them. They pay a lot for them, actually.

And they do regular season NFL games. It's not like they don't have experience producing a football game.

Cotton Bowl is a great bowl thats why I think I was so annoyed with all the fluff that I was hearing during the game! Announce the damn game and do it right is that , that hard?
