Is it me or has Summeral lost it? This man is terrible!! He can not make the correct annoucing calls and is off on almost spot off the ball, when and who a penaly was on I mean if I can see the flag shouldn't he ! Listening to him makes my head freakin hurt!!

He’s 78 years old and a recovering alcoholic. He was once the best IMO but he’s killed a lot of brain cells over the years and time has caught up with him.

Why do you they still let him announce games? Do we need to hear about how wide Tech's splits are every snap?

I said this is another thread but I'll repeat it here. Why does FOX get 5 of the biggest bowl games when they don't do regular season games? Honestly, they don't have the staff to put together a quality performance. Last nights Orange Bowl was just as bad.

Fox only does 5 college football games all year, and they are the biggest games of the year. Stupid.

I said this is another thread but I'll repeat it here. Why does FOX get 5 of the biggest bowl games when they don't do regular season games? Honestly, they don't have the staff to put together a quality performance. Last nights Orange Bowl was just as bad.

Fox only does 5 college football games all year, and they are the biggest games of the year. Stupid.

I dug him back in the day. In fact, he carried Madden most of the time, which is an amazing feat.

I still love hearing his voice, but he's a bit lost.

I doubt there would be a Kornheiser game. They would just fly Herby and Mussberger after every game. The games are spread out enough that its shouldn't be to hard. The only concern would be on New Year's day with the Rose Bowl and the second BCS bowl. However, they could just use the Craig James crew or May/Holtz crew.
