    I've heard great, great things about Millionaire. I really want to see it.

    Heard bad, bad things about Gran Torino. Only one star by my paper's reviewer, who I really trust.

    It's a pretty great movie, with a really sweet love story and improbable wish fulfillment fantasy tied into some of the most horrific scenes I've ever seen in a film.

    Also, all movies should end like Slumdog Millionaire, with a standing ovation & bollywood dance sequence. It's just nice.

    And not to be too superficial, but the female lead is smoking hot.

    Gran Torino is a great movie. Just got back from it. It sure would be something to grow up in the 50's.
