    Sports nuts

How many of you out there actually collect memorbila as incards, jersey's ect. If you do what player(s)/ teams?

I mostly collect Chiefs, Iowa State autographs, and Cubs.

I do have connections to get special items if anyone is interested

    Re: Sports nuts

I have a few jerseys (Gagne, Russell Martin, my bro), lots of baseballs, bats, and a ton of random stuff, especially golf memorbilla (clubs, hats, visors, golves, and signed smocks from 10 straight TPC's).

I want to get a Fred Hoiberg ISU replica jersey signed and a Cael Sanderson singlet... IF anyone knows where to get these (not signed, I can do that myself) please let me know...

I've got quite a bit of Packers stuff. Starr, Favre, White, Hourning and Nitschke autographed items are my Favorites.

I have lots of my old football/baseball cards from the 70's and 80's. My wife harps on me to sell them but it is hard to think about it. I suppose I will have to someday.

    Re: Sports nuts

I love stadium prints of my favorite teams, jerseys, autographs. Always thought it would be cool to get a Casey Blake signed ball. He is an inspiration to young aspiring baseball players in Iowa. I was one of those once...

    Re: Sports nuts

I have a basketball signed by Fred Hoiberg. Although I wish I could have gotten it under different circumstances. In 2004, my then 14 yr old cousin, who is more like a niece, was diagnosed with cancer. After quite a bit of medical expenses, they had a community auction benefit for her. A fellow Cyclone fan asked Fred Hoiberg if he would do anything and he gladly signed a BB for the cause. My grandma was highest bidder and gave it to me afterwards. So needless to say, that basketball is special for more then one reason.

    RIP Heidi........
